DomainRecord.Info services are for anyone interested to look up the contact, DNS or any other available record information for any domain or an IP address. Domain Record.Info was created out of the necessity to ensure that potentially available to register domains were not registered after leaving a registrar's web site where a whois is performed.
There are many reports on the Internet of registrars registering available domains after a potential customer checked its availability and left their web site. The registrars, most notorious of which is Network Solutions, would register the domain(s) and then try to sell it back at a higher price than the registration fee. We strongly disapprove of these business practices and find them to be unethical and unfair. Such activities, in out opinion, are much different from domaining, which we believe to be a valid business option, just like real estate. It is simply conducted on different terms.
Never the less, domains must remain available for anyone to register. But first come, first register is and must remain the way of registering and retaining a domain.
